Sip and a Spit
Take a walk with pork and sample some ciders. Savour the atmosphere and aroma of slow roasting pig whilst roaming amongst stalls sampling James Squires new release ciders.
Be a part of the fantastic atmosphere with our slow-roasted pig on show for this outdoor event and meet chef Manpreet Singh, who will be sharing his tricks of the trade and walking you through the cooking process. With three courses featuring pork as the hero, you can also expect a variety of seasonal Victorian produce from our local farmers.
But it's not all about the spit, we definitely have some sipping to do. Brew masters from James Squire will be on hand to give you an insight into the cider industry and the opportunity to taste their newly released ciders and compare to others on the market today.
Kids will be well entertained with mini roast rolls and plenty to see and do, so Mum and Dad can relax and enjoy the new flavours of James Squire and the best produce this season has to offer.
